When he’s not helping homeowners, Brian enjoys rock climbing and biking, staying active and challenging himself both physically and mentally. His passion for problem-solving extends beyond real estate, making him an adventurous and determined professional.

Kai is an experienced architect, interior designer, and construction manager with strong expertise in evaluating residential properties and identifying key design and structural factors that impact value. Before co-founding Millio, he served as VP of Construction and Interior Design at a real estate development firm and co-founded a modular construction company. His experience allows Millio to assess homes accurately and confidently—ensuring sellers receive fair, transparent cash offers without the need for repairs, cleanup, or staging. With a sharp eye for design and cost analysis, Kai helps streamline the process for homeowners looking to sell without stress or surprises.

Outside of real estate, Kai is passionate about fine dining and music. He owns a high-end Japanese restaurant in Milpitas and enjoys performing as a singer in his free time. His creative spirit fuels both his business ventures and personal life.

Alex is an Acquisitions Manager at Millio with a strong foundation in sales and a background in computer science. Before joining the real estate world, he worked in defense and aerospace at Northrop Grumman and Raytheon—where he honed his problem-solving skills and systems-level thinking. Today, he brings that same analytical mindset to real estate, helping homeowners and investors in the Bay Area navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Known for his genuine care and client-first approach, Alex is driven by one mission: help whoever he can. He finds purpose in providing real solutions, guiding clients through challenges, and making the process not just stress-free—but surprisingly joyful.
